TRIATHLON

  • Full assessment of your athlete profile form
  • Personal training program tailored to your needs delivered through Trainingpeaks
  • Ongoing Functional Threshold Power (FTP) testing and analysis
  • Weekly calls to coach with full access to one on one communication via text and email
  • Access to nutritional advice
  • Where available access to group training sessions
  • Access to TriVelo Coaching training camps and special events
  • Access to TriVelo Coaching membership articles
  • Access to discounts through TriVelo Coaching sponsors
